When you use our payment links, payments are processed securely through Stripe using Checkout Sessions for connected accounts. This means your customer pays through a Stripe-hosted checkout page, and the funds go directly to your account, not through us.
Each transaction includes Stripe’s standard processing fee (typically 1.5% + 20p for UK cards), plus a small 3% Budelo platform fee for providing the payment link, automation, and tracking features.
All fees are automatically deducted at the time of payment, so there’s nothing to manage manually—you’ll always see exactly what you’ve been paid and what was deducted, with full transparency on every transaction.
